Casa Rosa is set direct on the beach about two km before the busy village of Chelem, we are in a quiet area with a Tienda six convenience store within a five minute walk, two restaurant’s and a takeout as well.

When entering casa rosa via the keypad entry front door gate you enter the garden with the communal pool (pool towels provided) to the right is a nice shaded seating area where you can sit and watch the hummingbirds feed, walking on you then pass the ground floor apartment with its large patio door facing the pool, and at the far end facing you is the smaller Garden room.

Now you have two options, to the right is the private passageway that will take you to the beach, at the end is a tap and shower to rinse off or head left and passing the store/laundry room where the beach chairs and umbrellas are stored, along with cleaning products and supplies and an extensive DVD range (all free for guests to use)

From here you go up the stairs to the right which takes you the the second floor apartment on the right or continue around through the gate and up the stairs to the third floor apartment, which looks down onto the large glass fronted communal terrace which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The terrace has various areas for guests to use, including sun loungers to lay back and read while listening to the waves lap the beach or lay in one of the hammocks as well and doze for a while, Under the shaded area is a large dining table and chairs and to the right is a seating area with a settee and chairs and coffee table
